After nearly two years of tinkering, photography and book layout, The Secret Spice is now available through Amazon. I found myself getting tired of cooking, cleaning and putting leftovers away without so much as a trace. That, combined with my interest in experimenting with International cuisine and an increasing love for digital photography was the genesis of this book.
I also enjoy writing. I don’t know that I have a great novel in me, but I enjoy sharing memories, stories and ideas. The recipes are inspired from Africa, China, the Middle East, New England and more.
